Drainage Compliance Works for Property Sale – Cheshire East

Envirocare Off Mains were approached by the current property owner of Meadow-Croft in Cheshire East following his discussions with Lamonts Estate Agents regarding the properties compliance with Environmental Agency Binding rules.

Envirocare Off Mains carried out a site visit to complete a property drainage compliance report. It was confirmed that surface and foul drainage runs were segregated but the discharge entered a watercourse making the property non compliant with current Environmental Agency Binding Rules.

We submitted a quotation in order to upgrade the properties drainage system and bring the property into compliance. Our client accepted the quote and work started on 6th January 2026. Project successfully completed in difficult weather conditions and passed by Cheshire East authority building control on 12th January 2026. As such, the property sale can now proceed stress free.
