Delivery Policy – Envirocare Off Mains t/a LP Griffiths Ltd

LP Griffiths Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Envirocare Off Mains, is committed to providing reliable delivery for all products purchased through our online store. This policy explains delivery procedures, responsibilities, charges, and liability. We aim to make delivery as smooth as possible if you have any concerns please reach out to us - we’re here to help.
1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1 All tank orders are scheduled with the customer prior to delivery to confirm access, site requirements, and a convenient delivery date.
1.2 After placing your order, a member of our team will call during working hours (Monday–Friday) to confirm delivery information and access requirements.
2. Urgent Orders
2.1 If your order is urgent or time-sensitive, please contact us as soon as possible to expedite arrangements.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1 Delivery charges for England, Wales, and most areas of mainland Scotland are included in the final shopping basket unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Additional delivery charges may apply for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other remote or non-mainland UK locations. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
3.3 Where “Free Delivery” is stated, this applies to England, Wales, and most areas of mainland Scotland only. Any manufacturer surcharges or additional delivery costs for excluded locations will be confirmed with the customer prior to dispatch, and the customer may cancel the order if they do not wish to proceed.
4. Delivery Times
4.1 Most tanks are delivered within 10 working days from order and payment.
4.2 Larger or specialist items may take longer. Please contact us if your order is time-critical.
4.3 Delivery times are estimates only; exact times cannot be guaranteed.
4.4 Additional fees may apply for specific delivery time requests, which will be communicated before dispatch.
5. Access & Offloading
5.1 Some deliveries require larger vehicles. Customers must inform us if access is restricted.
5.2 Delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your property or place items in specific locations. Deliveries will be made to the nearest safe point accessible by the vehicle.
5.3 Offloading is the customer’s responsibility. Suitable equipment must be available to safely remove goods from the delivery vehicle.
5.4 Deliveries over 2,500 litres may require an articulated vehicle. Customers must ensure sufficient access or contact us to arrange alternatives.
5.5 If access is restricted, customers may arrange delivery to an alternative address. Any onward transport from that address is the customer’s responsibility.
6. Failed Deliveries / Additional Charges
6.1 If a delivery is aborted due to access issues or unavailability, LP Griffiths Ltd may charge for any additional delivery costs incurred.
6.2 Customers are strongly recommended to order well in advance of installation to avoid delays.
7. Liability & Risk
7.1 LP Griffiths Ltd is not liable for labour costs or compensation claims arising from failed or delayed deliveries.
7.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes only when full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.
