Returns & Refunds Policy – Envirocare Off Mains

LP Griffiths Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Envirocare Off Mains, is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains your rights and options for returning products purchased through our online store.
1. Important Notice About Bespoke & Custom Products
Many of our products are bespoke, custom-made, or modified to specific dimensions, colours, fittings, pumps, or other customer-requested features. Because of this, such items cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you are unsure whether your product is bespoke or standard, please contact us before placing your order.
2. General Returns
2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for standard, non-custom items within 14 calendar days of receipt.
2.2 To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
2.3 Products that are custom-made, bespoke, or modified (including altered dimensions, additional fittings, pumps, or colours) cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. Return Procedure
3.1 To return an item, please contact us at info@envirocareom.com or call 07771 903612 to request a Returns Authorisation.
3.2 Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3.3 Once a product has been shipped and delivered, customers are responsible for arranging the return and paying all return shipping and offloading costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Offloading & Shipping
4.1 Returned items must be shipped securely and in any original packaging to prevent damage.
4.2 Tanks, large equipment, or items delivered on a pallet may require special handling. You must ensure appropriate equipment is available to safely remove the goods from the delivery vehicle and return them.
4.3 We are not responsible for the cost or logistics of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.
5.2 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days.
5.3 If items are damaged or not in their original condition, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
6.1 If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.
6.2 We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
6.3 You must provide evidence of the fault (photos or detailed description) to speed up the process.
