Compliance at Brook House Farm

Following an initial enquiry from Contech Development Ltd on 29 July 2024 regarding the foul drainage system at Brook House Farm ahead of its sale, we carried out a full site inspection and provided a quotation in line with current property upgrade requirements and EA Binding Rules. The details were then forwarded to the prospective purchaser.

In August 2025, Marilyn Phillips Ltd, the project managers overseeing the upgrade, contacted us to confirm whether we could deliver the works as originally quoted for completion by December 2025. We revisited the site, reviewed the specification, and re-issued the quotation - which was promptly accepted. Internal and external drainage runs were completed in early November, with all works finalised by 16 November 2025, including Building Regulations and electrical certification via our approved contractor.
