Following an inquiry from Daresbury Estate regarding the foul drainage system at Wychough House, Malpas, we completed an home owners drainage survey confirming that the existing system did not comply with Environment Agency legislation.

A site meeting and discussions with Lord Daresbury outlining the EA compliance regulations provided us with the opportunity to submit a quotation which following his solicitors approval was accepted.

The property is now served by a Marsh Ensign PE08 gravity discharge sewage package treatment plant, sized in accordance with The Code of Practice, Flows and Loads -4, sizing criteria for off mains drainage systems, work was completed on Friday 28th November 2025. Inspected by Chester, Cheshire West building control (27th), passed, including all electric connections which were certified (part ‘ p ‘).
