Delivery & Returns

  • Free delivery for England, Wales, and most of mainland Scotland. Additional charges may apply for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or other remote locations, confirmed before order confirmation or dispatch.

  • Tuffa UK tanks can be delivered via HIAB, allowing off-loading to the side of the vehicle, at an additional cost. Please select this option if required.

  • Most orders are fulfilled within 10 working days from payment. Larger or specialist items may take longer — please contact us if your order is time-critical.

  • For standard free deliveries, off-loading from the delivery vehicle is the customer’s responsibility. Selecting the HIAB option allows placement to the side of the vehicle only and does not include moving the tank to its final installation location. The customer must ensure suitable lifting equipment and site access are available.
