Marsh Ultra:Polylok L Sewage Treatment Plant 6-12PE

from £2,335.00

Marsh Ultra:Polylok L Sewage Treatment Plant

The Marsh Ultra:Polylok L (UPL) brings industrial-grade performance to domestic sewage treatment, drawing on Marsh Industries' experience in the commercial sector. Manufactured by Marsh Industries, it's tested and approved to BS EN12566-3/A1:2009, with an effluent quality of 20:30:20 mg/ltr (BOD:suspended solids:ammonia), within national consent standards. Waste settles in a primary chamber before passing into an aeration chamber, where diffused air and bio-media complete treatment, before discharge via a Polylok filter to the drainage field or watercourse.

Size & options

Available in 6PE and 12PE models. Variable inverts allow installation at various depths — 250, 500 and 750mm risers available. Pumped outlets also available.

Key features

  • Low running costs – near-silent, energy-efficient compressor, housed externally as standard, with approximate annual running costs of £35

  • Easy installation – small footprint and shallow dig, with a heavy duty shell suited to all ground conditions

  • Minimal maintenance – sludge return pipe improves circulation; Polylok tertiary filter reduces suspended solids and BOD by a further 40%, helping extend drainage field life

  • High-spec bio-media (310m³ per m²) with membrane diffuser for even circulation and maximum treatment efficiency

  • Unique 'keying-in' lip for secure anchoring into granular or concrete surrounds
