Manufactured by WTE, EPIC is a 3100 litre Septic Tank suitable for properties with four bedrooms or six full time residents. EPIC Tanks are compact and lightweight making installation simple. Every EPIC Septic Tank is also fitted with a WTE Drain-X effluent filter to significantly reduce particles leaving the tank and blocking up the drainage field.

EPIC tanks are designed for dry sites (no groundwater). Please see installation manual for more details. Failure to install correctly will invalidate any warranty.

The standard invert for this tank is 325mm. EPIC Septic Tanks can be ordered with 100mm and 200mm Extension Turrets for sites with deeper drainage pipes.

How the EPIC Septic Tank Works

  1. Wastewater from the building enters the EPIC Septic Tank via the 110mm inlet pipe connection.

  2. Solids are separated from water inside the EPIC septic tank by gravity. Heavy solids sink to the bottom of the tank and oils and fats rise to the surface.

  3. The water inside the tank is filtered through a Drain-X effluent filter before flowing out of the tank and into the drainage field through the 110mm outlet pipe.
