Following a st visit 18th March 2024 @ The Limes, Northwich we ere requested to up grade the foul waste after drainage system to ensure it complied with the Environment Agency binding rules

Home owners drainage survey completed, surface / foul drainage combined, entering brick constructed septic tank prior to discharge into a water course.

ACTION ; segregate surface water to soak away, based on m2 roof area served, replace septic tank with a Marsh Ensign PE08 sewage package treatment plant adjacent to existing septic tank, connect to existing inlet / outlet pipework, infill septic tank with limed excavation spoil, reinstate, leave site clean and tidy

Property placed on market with local estate agent, compliance with all legislative requirements.
