New houses - compliance upgrade prior to sale of properties

Rural Estate agents Rostons requested we look at Hurleston Cotages CW5 6BU to upgrade septic tank due to properties being sold, comply with Environment Agency binding rules.

Discussions / site visit with Mr Darlington, property owner, we provided a quotation in accordance with the Code of Practice, Flows and Loads -4, sizing criteria for off mains drainage systems. - MARSH Ensign sewage package treatment plant.

System installed w/c 5th February 2024, all appropriate documentation supplied - install completed 9th February 2024

Property sold , client / estate agent happy.
