We completed a homeowners drainage survey to clarify if Grafton Cottage adhered to Environment Agency binding rules. Unfortunately the property did not comply. The
septic tank discharged to water course / surface water entering septic tank.

We promptly submitted a quote to the client to recitfy the issues, based on information from the survey in line with British water standards. Quote accepted, plant delivered direct to site on Monday 14th July 2025, our team on site and installation completed Friday 18th July 2025.

Cheshire East building regulations, electric certification, waste transfer documentation delivered to client for their records, site left clean and tidy, system operational.
