Daleford Barn - compliance installation ✔️

Following an inquiry from Royston Rural Estate agents regarding the Environment Agency binding rules 2020 compliance at Daleford Barn, Hole House Lane, CW3 4RY. The property had been sold, unfortunately the drainage survey indicated that the septic tank discharged to a water course, within the adjacent field. Property exchange January 2024 !!

Following a chat with Neil @ Marsh Industries, he organised delivery of a Marsh Ensign PE06IPS sewage package treatment plant on Wednesday 13th January 2023, desludge ; skip delivery 14th, excavation work 15th, tank positioned and concreted in position 18th, replacement of failed foul line ( 25 linear meters ), 20th electric connection, Chester Cheshire West inspection, passed ✔️, 21st skip removed off site, area reinstated - property complies and sale can proceed January 2024. Gillian, property owner stated - I was amazed to see photos of the garden-in such a relatively good state after all the work with heavy machinery.. You did a fantastic job. Thank you. All working for the new owners.
