Tank failure -

Following a site visit it was noted that the sewage package treatment plant serving the property had failed, unrepairable, replacement unit required. Following discussion with property insurers it was stated - bad installation, Mr Andrews instructed us to supply and install a new foul waste water system, starting w/c 20th November 2023. The previous installation was completed by a local builder, who unfortunately had ceased trading.

Insurance company would not contribute, due to no building regulations, hence no records re installation / compliance with manufactures installation procedure.
