Tuke & Bell sewage system

Asked to attend Kennelwood Cottage, Whitchurch to locate the foul waste water tank and confirm if it complied with EA binding rules. Following a drainage survey we determined that the tank was buried within an overgrown flower ‘ shrubbery border.

We excavated the area to locate the tank, overgrown shrubs, roots and approximately 250 mm soil, initially we found a green plastic cover, when opened we observed a plastic channel to receive effluent to be dispersed within the system.

On observation we believe the unit was a , TUKE & BELL sewage package treatment plant, power supply located within lid structure.

>. The treatment plant required a desludge and service

> Client informed, awaiting instructions
