THORNCLIFFE CHAPEL PROJECT

Following an instruction from S Russo, London based developer looking to purchase properties to increase their company holiday let portfolio.

Following a request we had a site meeting to discuss the way to provide the property with a foul waste water system, the chapel currently has no foul waste system. Hence initial problems ;-

a) no foul waste system on site. b) no available land to position a waste water system .

ACTION - client to purchase area of verge adjacent to chapel, possible, infill ground with high water table.

OR mole under road ( 2 x 4” / 110 mm UPVC underground drainage pipework) then install Premier Tech Ecoflow sewage package treatment plant within field, discharge to adjacent watercourse.

Following discussions with the Highways agency and Staffordshire Moorlands planning department, we are awaiting authorisation to continue with the project.
