Work has continued at Pewit Hall Estate..

Phase 2 - Front lawn, flats & Stable

Following the completion of the treatment plant at the workshop, Dave , Tom  & Leon transferred machinery to install the Marsh Ensign PE08  sewage treatment plant located within front lawn area. Unit will replace a brick constructed septic tank, sized to serve a 5 bedroom property, excavation started 10th September 2025, installed completed 16th, Cheshire East Council regulations passed, original tank infilled site left clean and tidy.

Work was also carried out across the flats and stable. This required the the installation of a Marsh Ensign PE20 sewage treatment plant within the adjacent paddock. Work carried out included diverting inlet pipe from original septic tank to a new inlet manhole to accept additional discharge, outlet pipe to existing drainage / outfall, discharge volume below 5 m3 / day, hence no Environment Agency consent required (actual flow = 3 m3 / day - design).

Work completed, Cheshire East council passed.
