Work has continued at Pewit Hall Estate..

Phase 2 - Flats & Stable

This required the the installation of a Marsh Ensign PE20 sewage treatment plant within the adjacent paddock.
Work carried out - divert inlet pipe from original septic tank to a new inlet manhole to accept additional discharge , outlet pipe to existing drainage / outfall, discharge volume below 5 m3 / day, hence no Environment Agency consent required (actual flow = 3 m3 / day - design).

Work completed, Cheshire East council passed, moving on to pump station installation at Grain Store on 26th September 2025.
