Hough Hall lodge installation

Hough Hall Lodge, following a request from Mrs Johnston asking if we could replace the existing septic tank with a sewage treatment plant, has the property did not comply with Environment Agency binding rules. Non compliance was due to - discharge to watercourse, roof water entering foul system., hence the property could not be sold until the upgrade was completed,

We had limited working area, which was located within a corner of the driveway by the boundary fence.

The tank was installed In accordance with the manufactures installation details for a “ traffic-able area “ and Cheshire East building regulations, passed and certified.

Site reinstated to original format.as requested by the client .
