Working with developer

Following contact by a developer in the SY14 area, asking if we can install a sewage package treatment plant that he had purchased direct.The unit was for a barn conversion - 4 properties, 2 × 3 bedroom & 2 × 4 bedroom. We confirmed that the sewage plant was sized correctly, a permit to ground would be required from the Environment Agency if the unit was going to a drainage field, if to a watercourse a consent would not be required, discharge less than 5m3 / day .

A budget installation cost was agreed, we will attend site to complete a trial dig to clarify ground type, tank will be delivered to site on Monday 28th October 2024, lads will be on site to start work early Monday.
