Compliance @ Kingfisher rest
following an inquiry for a sewage treatment plant at Kingfisher Rest, Hankelow, Cheshire, the client was selling the property, based on information from a drainage survey the existing system did NOT comply with Environment Agency binding rules.

A Marsh Enco sewage package treatment plant was installed, connecting to the existing inlet / outlet pipework, surface water was diverted into individual soak aways within the garden based on the m2 of roof area served
Cheshire East planning approval obtained, property on offer with Estate agent.
