Brook Cottage, Tarporley, Cheshire requested a site visit to inspect the septic tank and confirm if it complied with Environment Agency binding rules ?

The tank was in need of major repairs, the discharge was to a land drain located within the adjacent farmers field, hence NON COMPLIANCE.

Following discussions with the property owner it was agreed to provide a quotation to upgrade the system with a sewage package treatment plant, to be located within the foot print of the original septic tank connecting to the existing inlet / outlet drainage.
