Compliance - CCTV survey / desludge / reports completed

Following a call from Mr Simcock, property for sale, purchaser required confirmation that system complied with the Environment Agency binding rules, he was now living in Berlin !!!!

We attend site, completed an Home Owners drainage compliance survey, { CCTV survey / desludge / video / plan / report ], which provided the following information ;-

a) roof water gutters entering foul system - guttering redirected, downspout diverted into soak-away

b) no ‘ T ‘ on inlet / outlet of septic tank - replaced, { man entry / confined space entry, gas detection ]

c) drainage field - foul system dye traced, over 2 day period, no discharge into adjacent watercourse

d) tank desludged, waste transfer documentation completed,

All checks completed In accordance with the Environment Agency binding rules - compliant

Customer / solicitor provided with all documentation as was required.
