Client; Self compliance installation [ Mr Wilkinson ]

Following a telephone call from Mr R Wilkinson regarding if his property complied with the Environment Agency binding rules. We attended site to complete a visual inspection ;

  • 4 bedroom property

  • Septic tank discharged into land drainage within the field.

  • 2 down spouts entering grid, which then entered the foul water system

SEPTIC TANK DOES NOT COMPLY WITH ENVIRONMENT AGENCY BINDING RULES

Following a further chat, it was agreed the property would require a sewage package treatment plant, Mr Wilkinson confirmed he would install the system himself. Provided a Marsh Enco PE06IPS sewage package treatment plant direct to his property.
