Following an inquiry regarding a property sale, we were asked to provide a compliant foul drainage system, for two properties which shared a septic tank.

Following a site visit we provided a written report outlining the current system failings and a quotation to supply a new system for both properties.

The team arrived on site on Monday 17th February 2025, installed a Marsh Ensign 4 IPS sewage package treatment plant, installation completed on21st February, all documentation submitted to client , sale going ahead as planned early March

Team moving to Garstang to complete upgrade, via recommendation - looking good 👍
