We attend School House, Mobberley to confirm if the properties septic tan complied with the Environment Agency binding rules.

Unfortunately for Mr Wilcox the answer was NO, reasons =

  • septic tank too small for property

  • Discharged into a ditch / stream

  • Several grids connected to foul system

The property will require, either ;

a) septic tank and drainage field OR

b) replace with a package sewage treatment plant, sized In accordance with The Code of Practice

Mr Wilcox as requested a sewage treatment plant installation upgrade !!!
