Mosswood House, CW6 9SA septic tank unfortunately did NOT comply with the current Environment Agency binding rules.

Following a site visual visit to enable confirmation of drainage runs and sewage treatment plant PE requirements, hence a Marsh Ensign PE12 sewage package treatment plant would be required.

Weather a bit mixed but Steve and lads got the job done, excess spoil removed off site by grab wagon, septic tank desludged & infilled In accordance with building regulations, electric certification completed by Dan and certified, building control signed off - 👏👏👏👏
