Following a telephone call from Mr D McGrath, Hilderstone regarding the current sewage plant at the property ;

  • Home owners drainage survey completed - surface / foul water combined, discharge to watercourse !

  • SYSTEM NON COMPLIANT

A quotation was submitted to divert rainwater from foul system, replace 2 x septic tanks with a sewage package treatment plant.

Quotation accepted, work started 11th September completed 22nd September 2023.

Cheshire East building control, Electric certification and all manufactures warranty , waste transfer documentation submitted to client for their records.
