Following an inquiry from A Simpkins who was selling her property and following solicitor searches was informed that the current system did not comply…

The reasons for non compliance was as follows ;

  • Septic tank discharged to watercourse

  • Combined surface / foul drainage

  • Septic tank shared with neighbouring property

  • Septic tank not adequate in size for both properties

Based on information provided we submitted a quotation for supply and installation of a new system

  • disconnect foul waste from existing septic tank ( located in third party property )

  • Install sewage treatment plant within Chapel House rear garden, reposition manholes as was required, seal off existing discharge to original septic tank

  • divert surface / roof water to attenuation crates sized In accordance with roof area and current H2 building regulations

Provide all relevant documentation, building regulations, electric certification, waste transfer documents and manufactures warranty, Environment Agency registration / confirmation
