Does my septic tank comply?

Following a. site visit  we were asked if the property septic tank complied with the Environment Agency binding rules. The brick constructed septic tank is in need of repair / upgrade, the outfall discharges into a flexible plastic land drain which enters the adjacent farmers field, which will in turn enter a watercourse / river

The current property will be demolished and two new properties will be built, each property having their own waste water system.

We have now been engaged to manage the surface / foul drainage supply and installation In accordance with British water standards, Code of Practice, Flows and Loads -4 sizing criteria for off mains drainage systems and Chester, Cheshire building regulations. Work began on Monday 16th June.
