Holiday Lodges in Wales

Following a telephone inquiry re the purchase of 13 holiday lodges regarding the foul sewage system that served the development, set in 33 acres of  of glorious Welsh countryside within the Horseshoe pass Llangollen.area. We were instructed  / requested to confirm that the current waste water treatment system complied with National Resources Wales regulations, ie was the current unit fully operational.

Site visit completed on  Wednesday 11th June, sewage plant desludged, appropriate documentation  supplied, service showed operating problems [ chain snapped, greaseomatic cartridges / adaptors missing ]  plant fully refurbed / operational, greaseomatic cartridges replaced, - OK for another 6 months.

All service documentation provided for clients records and service contract agreed.
