The complete composite nature of Polybed means less on-site operations requiring less plant and labour than traditional methods, this in turn saving time and cost on installation. Polybed has also been proven by WRC (Water Research Centre) to have a performance comparable to traditional aggregate based methods due to its standardised, uniform bedding and backfill offering a void ratio of greater than 39%. Polybed also offers filtration capabilities assisting in capturing the migration of contaminants found within ground water.
