Following discussions with the owner of the property, the purchaser and associated solicitors regarding 2020 binding rules relating to their drainage search / possible none sale of property. Sale date / exchange of contracts had been agreed, search showed septic tank discharged to a watercourse - PROBLEM. We were instructed to provided a quotation to supply & install a sewage package treatment plant, in accordance with The Code of Practice, Flows & Loads - 4 sizing criteria, and comply with the 2020 binding rules, Quotation supplied to install a Marsh Ensign PE8IPS sewage package treatment plant and associated drainage, accepted by all four parties, monies allocated from sale of property to purchasers solicitor, for the work to be completed in accordance with current building regulations within 28 days prior to payment been released and exchange of property registered. > Installation start w/c Monday 11th November 2019
