BINDING RULES 2020 - UPGRADE

After been contacted by an elderly couple who had been told their property would not sell due to their septic tank discharging to a water course, we arranged a site visit to offer advice, going through the problem step by step, we came up with a solution to rectify their problem. Cheshire East Council building regulations department approval was sought and Environment Agency consent requested - approval was given by both

Scope of work - limited access in garden, minimum disruption to a mature well kept garden and minimum inconvenience to residents.

Existing septic tank decommissioned; Marsh Ensign PE6 sewage package treatment plant installed within the same foot print.; inlet / outlet pipework connected; electrical connection certified & building control documentation approved and received - Installation complete, client happy.
