WOODWORTH COTTAGE - Bunbury Cheshire

A panic telephone call, sewage by the front door / drive, non compliance of the septic tank discharge into a nearby water course. We attended the above property @ 1545 hours on Friday 26th February 2021, on site discussions with the property owner highlighted the urgency to rectify the problem, he was currently reducing the volume in the septic tank and excavation daily. Based on two quotations he had received the earliest available date to complete the installation was w/c Monday 22nd March 2021, hence we were requested to supply an installation quote & date to install a new compliant system. The only problem we could see was the delivery date for a sewage package treatment plant, we contacted Nigel Swallow, Marsh Industries area sales manager, explained the situation , and he provided delivery of a Marsh Ensign PE08IPS on Friday 5th March 2021 direct to site, a 5 day turn round !!!! The installation was started on Monday 8th March 2021, new system installed by Thursday 11th March 2021, complete with building regulations, electrical certification and commissioning to be completed on Wednesday 17th March, complete with Environment Agency binding rules notification .
