DO WE COMPLY WITH ENVIRONMENT AGENCY BINDING RULES ?

Following a request from our local estate agent to clarify / confirm if the foul drainage system at Liverpool Road, Kidsgrove adhered to the current Environment Agency binding rules. The property owner was hoping to complete the sale ASAP, unfortunately the property does not comply .discharge enters land drain located in the adjacent farmers field, hence discharge of effluent unknown.
