Following an inquiry from Nick Brookes Demolition Ltd regarding the treatment of foul waste generated while working on demolition sites with no utilities connection and complying with Environment Agency guidelines we were able to offer the following solution. To purchase or hire a Porta- Pura treatment plant, which would be positioned under the site welfare porta-cabin, connected to the foul waste discharge point. The size of the plant was calculated on information provided, based on site occupancy in accordance with the Code of Practice , Flows & loads - 4 sizing criteria for off mains drainage, the treated effluent could then discharge to ground or a water course complying with current legislation
