MARSH ENSIGN PE06IPS sewage package treatment plant installation and upgrade of culvert

The team arrived on Tuesday 23rd February 2021 to replace the failing culvert located at the front of the property, when this was completed and reinstated they moved to the rear garden to install the new Marsh Ensign sewage package treatment plant, we had looked at a number of systems, following discussions regarding warranty, design and compliance, this unit was compact and unobtrusive within the garden. The installation was completed professionally.,existing septic tank desludged, waste transfer documentation provided, Cheshire East building inspector attended as was required , regulation documentation provided together with the appropriate electrical certification documents. The knew system was commissioned in accordance with the manufactures operating manual, again certificate supplied and an annual maintenance package offered. We can know sell the property with the knowledge that it complies with the Environment Agency binding rules.

Finally, Steve, Tom and Leon have done a great job, we are very pleased with their work and how they left everything tidy.
