Following a site visit it was confirmed that the septic tank at the above property did not comply with the current Environment Agency binding rules, the tank was of brick construction, porous brickwork allowing settled sewage to pass into the surrounding ground, prior to discharge into the water course.

Due to ground conditions, high water table it was decided to install an Marsh Ensign PE06 shallow sewage package treatment plant within the foot print of the existing septic tank, utilising the septic tank concrete base, due to the high water table within the area.
