> sewage package treatment plant sized in accordance with Code of Practice, Flows and Loads - 4 sizing criteria for off mains drainage systems , requirement. = PE10.

> contacted Nigel Swallow, Marsh Industries explained site requirements, plant delivered direct to site on Monday 19th December 2022, installation completed on Friday 23rd December 2022, Cheshire East planning certification PASSED ✔️, electric certification completed ✔️

Estate agent / solicitor confirmed that the new occupier will exchange contracts 2nd week in January 2023.
