THE BLOSSOMS

Mr Wallace  was completing on the sale of The Blossoms, his solicitor informed him that the property was on a septic tank which did not comply with Environment Agency binding rules. He required a sewage treatment plant installing by Friday 16th May to enable the appropriate sale to be completed on Wednesday 21st May.
Tank delivered 12th, installation completed 15th May 2025, site left clean and tidy, all appropriate paperwork supplied to Mr Wallace, system compliant.
