SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE

Following a telephone conversation, site visit and in depth site discussions -

Septic tank discharged directly to the adjacent stream, not adequately sized for the property as per building regulation requirements , unable to sell property until rectified

The client received a sizing chart calculated in accordance with the current code of practice, flows & loads -4, sizing criteria for off mains drainage systems, supply and installation quotation for a Marsh Ensign PE10IPS sewage package treatment plant.
The treatment plant was installed, all relevant documentation provided ( building regulations documentation, electric certification, duty of care documentation {solid / liquid waste transfers }, commissioning certification & Environment Agency binding rules compliance registration e mail.
Work schedule completed on time, site left clean & tidy.
