SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT SIZING - caravan site

Following an on site visit and discussions with the owner of a caravan / tent / shepherds hut and lodge in Yorkshire regarding the size of foul waste water system to serve the site, complying with Environment Agency binding rules..

Initially we requested the following information ;-

Occupancy of site = 21 pitches, shared between caravans / motor homes and tents, plus 1 x 2 bedroom shepherds hut and 1 x 6 bedroom lodge.

Currently waste enters the property Klargester Sewage package treatment plant, ( overloaded ), cesspool for chemical waste and grey water.

Working with Nigel Swallow, Marsh Industries regional manager we are providing a sizing chart for a new unit, completing Environment Agency consent to discharge documentation, ensuring total compliance with current binding rules
