SANDIWAY BUNGALOW. - access / confirmation drainage field operational

Following an inquiry to confirm that the drainage system at the above property complied with Environment Agency binding rules, we completed the following work schedule ;-

Complete Home owners drainage survey to confirm that foul & surface water drains were segregated, septic tank outfall confirmation, drainage field or water course

RESULT - drains segregated, unable to access outfall from septic tank

To access outfall pipework, install 460 manhole In accordance with current building regulations, for maintenance and change of direction, to enable outfall pipework to be surveyed’

COMPLETED - 23rd November 2022, waiting for drainage survey to be completed

When survey completed ( on 25/11/2022 ) we will confirm what will be required to comply with the Environment Agency binding rules. If the system complies we will inform the Environment Agency for the property to be entered on their compliance register
