BROOK BARN - foul waste system failed.

Following a site visit and discussions with the property owner, it was noted that the foul system to the septic tank was in need of repair ;-

STEP 1 - to send Martin to complete a drainage survey, provide a report / survey outlining the faults observed

> collapse in drainage run, from hedge line to septic tank due to heavy agricultural vehicles [ pipe compressed and holding waste.]

> foul drainage within garden / under patio showed deviations / root infestation and cracks within pipe run

STEP 2 - provide quotation to ;-

> relining of foul system within garden / patio area, to minimise disruption.

> to excavate damaged foul within field, install 4” / 110 mm UPVC underground drainage pipework from hedge to inlet of septic tank,

> install a 460 manhole In accordance with current building regulations / change of direction & maintenance.
